A New Chapter for the SRC: Ketewa Hands Over to Isaac
Dambai College of Education | Friday, 23rd October, 2026
On Friday, 23rd October, 2026, the Students' Representative Council (SRC) of Dambai College of Education turned a page. The administration led by Ketewa Nnam formally handed over the reins of student leadership to the now administration of Isaac Didili Bregon, who now steps into office as SRC President.
It was a moment of closure for one team and of beginning for another, and a reminder of what student leadership is really about: service, continuity and the passing of responsibility from one set of hands to the next.
Saying Thank You to the Outgone Administration
For the past term, the SRC under President Ketewa Nnam carried the voice of the student body. Working alongside Vice President Safowaa Kakra Akosua, General Secretary Tamanja Wisdom Ubabu, Financial Secretary N-Nagma Evans Korda, Chief Justice Kikpek Tamanja Ken and the rest of the executive, the outgone team served the students of Dambai College of Education across welfare, sports, entertainment, academics, hall affairs and more.
The outgone executive was made up of 33 officers, from the SRC President to the Hall Presidents and their deputies, the Electoral Commission, the Welfare, Sports and Entertainment teams, the Students' Library and the Public Relations office. Every one of them gave time, energy and effort for their fellow students, and for that, the student body says thank you.
Welcoming the New Leadership
Taking over is the new SRC executive, led by Isaac Didili Bregon as SRC President. He steps into the role with a team drawn from across the college community.

What a Handover Means
A handover is more than a ceremony. It is the moment when files, records, ongoing projects and, most importantly, the trust of the student body pass to a new team. A good transition protects what worked, learns from what did not, and keeps the students' interests at the centre.
For the now executive, the work now begins. Students will be looking to the new team for open communication, fair representation and visible results on the issues that matter to campus life.
Looking Ahead
To the outgone administration: thank you for your service and for leaving the SRC in the hands of a new generation of leaders.
To President Isaac Didili Bregon and his executive: congratulations, and welcome to office. The students of Dambai College of Education are behind you, and we wish you a successful tenure.
The SRC is bigger than any one administration. Leaders come and go, but service continues.
